Under the Trade Act, Section 301(b) targets unfair trade practices from abroad that are deemed unreasonable or discriminatory and burden or otherwise restrict U.
By Kanishka Singh WASHINGTON, March 12 (Reuters) - The U.S. Trade Representative's office said late on Thursday it had begun a second set of Section 301 unfair trade practices probes of 60 economies in relation to what it called failures to take action on forced labor.
The forced-labor probes follow Section 301 investigations launched on Wednesday, targeting excess industrial capacity across more than a dozen economies.
